Once you have done all of this, you will need to add at least one payment option to your form.
In the left menu, scroll down the whatsapp number lead panel to find the “Payment Fields” section.
Here you will find the fields for all the different payment add-ons installed. To add a payment option to your form, simply click on the preferred option. The field will appear in the live preview.
For example, here we have added the “Stripe Credit Card” field to our form.
Adding payment fields to a WordPress form
Once you’ve added a payment option field, it’s time to customize it. Simply click on the payment field and WPForms will display all the settings you can use to configure this field.
For example, by clicking on the “Stripe Credit Card” field, you will be able to edit the label, add a description, and activate the “Required” button.

Now, we want to show the payment field only to visitors who choose to send a payment. To do this, we need to enable conditional logic for the payment field.
First, you can select the payment field in the form. Then, simply click on the “Smart Logic” tab in the left menu.
Once you've done that, click the “Enable Conditional Logic” slider to change it from gray (inactive) to blue (active).

Then we need to tell WPForms to only show the payment field if the visitor selects the “Yes, I want to support the website” option.
To do this, make sure the “This field if” drop-down menu is set to “Show”.
Then, click on “Select Field” and choose “Do you want to support the website?”.
In the next drop-down menu, you can click on “is”.
Finally, open the “Select Choice” drop-down menu and choose the “Yes, I want to support the website” field.
